Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Warren, Polk and Marion Counties. Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St, or from below the Center Street dam to Runnells. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, The bike trail is closed east of Water St. Water affects portions of other bike trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
